| What will I need to begin? |
 |
| To get started, one adult member of a family will need a customer login name and Password. If you have not been issued a customer login name and password, an adult member of the family, will need to request an Internet Account. Once a request is made, an email will be sent to your email address for validation. After this step, you will be able to access your account online. |

| To reserve a facility you will need to obtain a username and password by clicking on request account. There you will be asked to select an event type, a description, and maximum number of Guests. From here you simply search and select the facility you want to reserve. Facility pricing may vary; see jeffparks.org/facilities rental fees. |
